I have a vacation home in Camino. My HVAC system was having issues. I wasn't even in town and Robert jumped on the job the very same day I called him. He was super responsive and he provided great advice and quoted me in advance of the work that he was planning on doing. He kept me in the loop every single day. He also pointed out to me a couple of other problems that I was going to run into like my water heater being old and I ended up having him replace it with a propane on demand water heater. And did I mention that they fixed my water heater he same day? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Our family is new to the area, we moved into a fixer, and apparently our heating system was not wired properly, barely heating our house. I called Robert, he came on short notice (thankfully), easily diagnosed our issue, and got our heating system working as it should--the house is now warm for the first time! I thought Robert was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around nice guy--I felt like he cared, a rare trait these days. To top it off, very fairly priced too.
